I make simple wines, to give pleasure with food, friends and conversation.

My friends grow the grapes well, with respect for nature and place.

When I make the wines, I use maybe a little sulfur dioxide, maybe a little tartaric acid, maybe a little barrel, and little else.

It's just wine - I don't overthink how it is made, or enjoyed.
